Jessica Tully Menges
Owner/Stylist
Co-Founder of Pacific Valley Salon, Jessica is from the small town of King City, or well just East of King City in the town of Bitterwater and loves the mountains. With her love of the mountains, Jessica spent a year living in the state of Colorado before coming back California to go to cosmetology school. She is living out a dream to be a business owner. Jessica loves to help people, make people feel great and share the love.​

Highlights, balayage, all over color, root retouches, etc.

Jessica is married to her best friend and together they have two fun loving dogs - Grizzly and Bird along with five cats - Lucifer, Grimm, Cotton, Finch and Bird.

Mandy McCutcheon
Stylist
Mandy is a stylist at Pacific Valley Salon. She has been a stylist for 20+ years. Mandy learned most of everything that she knows from her mother who has veen doing hair for more than 50 years! For many years Mandy taught as a floor and state board teacher at a cosmetology school on the central coast. Recently Mandy decided to make the change and go back to doing hair fulll time!
